The main house with more than 250 square meters, overlooking the mountains and surroundings, enjoys noble materials, typical Mallorcan style exposed beams combined with all current comforts. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (90x190cm), a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with large sofas and a flat screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x190cm) and an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms with two single beds (90x190cm) each. Two of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace with views. In addition, there is another full bathroom.

Villa Son Prim is an extensive estate of more than 1250 square meters in the quiet area of ​​Son Fe, a short drive from the historic center of Alcudia, the famous town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia. A perfect place to explore the north of the island that offers, in addition to the sandy beaches and the sea, a large number of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars ... all year round.
