'Sant Vicenç' is a magnificent example of a historic Mallorcan town house dating from 1630, which was renovated in August 2012 and reveals some of the magnificent architectural details of the time. Decorated with an impeccable taste, Sant Vicenç is both very modern and welcoming. Spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to six adults.
Upon entering the house through a beautiful solid teak wood door, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living room with two sofas, a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and a television with satellite channels and free wifi. The next room is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with all modern conveniences, including an oven and electric stove, and a six-seater dining table (the baby highchair is also available).
After the dining room, you will find the chill out area, a semi-open room with a three-piece suite, stereo, board games and access to the patio. This exterior mosaic contains a barbecue, table and chairs; and is perfect to soak up the warm atmosphere of Mallorca. The ground floor also has a bathroom with electric walk-in shower and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. All of them have double beds and one has a bathroom en suite and has access to a furnished terrace.
The house is located in the heart of Alcudia. Alcudia is a small historic town where the Roma established 2,000 years ago. There are still ruins of their houses and an intact theater. The town is surrounded by medieval walls. In the old town you can walk through the pedestrian streets and discover a lot of small shops, bars and coffee restaurants.
Near Alcudia there are many beaches in the bay of Pollensa, just 500 meters away. There are sandy and stone beaches. The longest white-sand beach and crystalline waters of Majorca is the Puerto de Alcudia, only 1 kilometer away. There you can practice all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ... Enjoy restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and also for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions ... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
The marina of Puerto Alcúdia is also 1 kilometer away, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk seeing small boats of traditional fishermen and modern luxury yachts. There is also a local craft market every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby is the beach of Alcanada, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca.
