"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"First, the owner is really nice. She lives upstairs, but you hardly notice that she is there. On arrival, we were told that this was now “our Casa”, and we really felt like it. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was overall a positive experience. Still, there are some things that you might want to consider. First, if you need three bedrooms you will have to accept that the last bedroom is only separated from upstairs by a curtain. Probably not a big issue for many, but we are allergic to cats...

"Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser...

"Beautiful property in quiet residential area Property manager, Rudy, was very amenable and happy to advise on local facilities. There is a dog shelter up on the hill behind house that can generate a little noise first thing in the morning (assuming feeding time!) but nothing that should put you off staying in this beautiful and fantastically equipped home"

"We were a family of 11 staying at the villa we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The villa was perfect for us a fantastic size, modern, clean with a great kitchen full of utensils for a family of 11. The location is fantastic we were able to walk to be beach in 2 minutes, the supermarket and a lovely bakery for fresh croissants just 8 mins walk. Lots of restaurants and bars closeby. "Beautiful vacation resort in traditional architecture that gives you a cosy Feeling right from the start. 2 Minutes walk to a beautiful and big Pool 5 Minutes walk to the sea. Perfekt. Rocky beach- so Bring water Shoes. Next Supermarket about 30 min walk. Or 15 min walk and tram"
