"We wanted some time away and this villa was great. An easy walk to a few restaurants and a short drive to the beaches. Lots of trails to walk along the cliffs that afford amazing views and then home to sit by the pool under the stars. Very nice home and area. "

"Lovely villa with character. Large shared living space. Rooms large - twin on ground floor 2 en suite rooms one almost a mezzanine and one accessed through a separate door outside the building. We didn’t try the sauna or pool as it was February. Kitchen has everything to cater for a large group with a big dining table.Log burner was fantastic.Great location halfway up the valley side above Monchique."

"The house was great! It was beautiful, spacious and had everything needed for a stay for multiple people. We paid to have the pool heated, which was definitely worth it. It was very well used by kids and adults alike. The rooms were very nice - all with ensuite bathrooms. The house is in a good location. About 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach. The quickest way into town is via Uber - taking 5-10 minutes. We would gladly recommend staying here. "

"The villa is located in a very quiet area just outside of Alcantarilha, just a few minutes from shops and town but far enough away that you don’t hear anything whilst lying by the pool. Inside is well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. The main attraction is the pool area, again very clean, the pool is a good size for swimming laps and there are ample beds for sunbathing. "What a lovely villa! Spent 10 days here with my husband and son, and elderly parents, so it was perfect for them as everything on one level, with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. Tons of space, large bedrooms, comfy beds,and pillows, and gorgeous outside spaces. Very well equipped kitchen, basic condiments, water, oil, tea bags and coffee were all there too.
