"Neighborhood restaurants make this a memorable location in Lisbon. Other than concentration of homeless (which big city is not escaping this problem). All amenities including AC makes this a great choice. Short 3.5 mile Uber from airport."

You are a few minutes walk from from Avenida de Liberdade and the metro station there, and also from Martim Moniz square and station, making all the key places in Lisbon easily accessible. The neighbourhood itself is surprisingly quiet at night despite being so central, so you're not in a party area like Barrio Alto. "The bedrooms are great, the apartment is lovely and clean but there is no real common area other than the dining room. Great for sleeping though. Very quiet and pleasant."

"Big and clean apartment. Was not easy finding an appartement this size in Lisbon. Was well located. Even if the plaza in front doesn't have anything interesting, it was a short walk from many other attractions and neighbourhoods. Plus there is a metro and the start of the tram line 28. Nice view of the castle also."

"The apartment is generally functional and homely with a few designer flourishes. The major drawback is the lack of lighting in the kitchen/living area. We liked the central location, straight out the front door to little restaurants, bars and shops and an easy walk downtown. Of course this meant quiet days and noisy nights as the parties began. But the bedroom is at the back with a virtually sound proof door. The opening to fresh air at the back private patio was welcome."

"Very walkable nice area, surrounded by parks and restaurants; clean and convenient rooms with everything you need in the kitchen. Grocery shopping options nearby. Staff is helpful. We walked everywhere, but you can also get a cheap uber to get to the center. "
