For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a dedicated area with a washing machine.

The sleeping area is a haven of serenity, featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms designed to provide maximum comfort. The master bedroom with a sea-view terrace offers unforgettable awakenings, while the second double bedroom and the room with bunk beds ensure cozy spaces for all guests. For added flexibility, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for those seeking an additional option or preferring to sleep separately. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
For a hassle-free vacation, we highly recommend renting a car directly at your arrival airport, where you can find the best deals and vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for those without a driver's license or not interested in renting a car, we can arrange a taxi service.
Inside the walls of the villa, you'll have your own private, gated parking with space for up to three large cars.
