Lovely location
The selling point for this apartment is its location - 20m to the beach and list of local bars & restaurants. The apartment itself is tired and dated and could do with a bit of a makeover but it’s serviceable. Air con would be a real asset.

Muy bien ubicado
Apartamento muy bien ubicado, junto a la playa y también junto a supermercados, farmacia, herbolarios etc. El edificio está en 1ª linea de playa, aunque el apartamento da a una calle lateral. Bajas a la playa en 1 minuto. La propietaria es muy amable y nos recibió muy bien. El precio es bueno para lo bien ubicado que está. Tener aparcamiento es una gran ventaja porque el pueblo es todo zona azul. Se agradecería que sábanas y colchas estuvieran más nuevas, por lo demás bien.

C'est toujours un plaisir d'aller dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, calme et fonctionnel. Un plaisir aussi de revoir sa propriétaire toujours très accueillante et qui répond volontiers à toutes nos questions. 2 séjours (2014 2015) pourquoi pas 3. Je le recommande volontiers
