"Large suite and very relaxing atmosphere "

"This is a beautiful and first-rate hotel. I'm baffled by reviews here complaining of poor maintenance, as we found everything in perfect repair and spotlessly clean. Our room was wonderful. My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough to really be therapeutic. The steam room was a great amenity. The breakfast buffet was extensive, e.g., 7 different kinds of good Potugese cheeses, and we thought our dinner in the restaurant was quite good. If the price fits your budget, this is a great choice in Évora."

"Overall, property is great. But we rented a car and it was impossible for us to go through the narrow road at Sharp 90° turn to get to the hotel to unload our luggage. So we had to find a public parking lot where we could park the car overnight, which was another fiasco was more parking lots catered to the residence around them and had very limited overnight parking. We had to do many loops around the inner cities going from parking lot to parking lot until we found one took us over an hour just to find parking. Since we had luggage and it was too far for us to drag the luggage on the cobblestone roads, we had to take an Uber that could get us close to the hotel.. the Uber had the same issue as it could not drop us to front of the hotel because of the narrow 90° sharp turn. There is parking on the main street close to the hotel however it just depends on your luck if you find anything there because that’s what the patron of the local shops along that street use."

"Traveling with friends thru Portugal and stayed here 1 night. Perfect location for walking to Evora walled city; free parking; comfortable beds and rooms; delicious breakfast included; enjoyed indoor pool/sauna/steam room area in the early evening. Left a Samsung tablet by mistake and the hotel staff went above and beyond to secure it; they offered to help get it shipped to home but we decided to return and pick it up instead. Would definitely recommend this hotel!! "
