Villa 97 is a cozy self contained 3 bedroom house where you can enjoy very private and relaxed holidays. Its outdoor area is perfect for get-togethers as there is a pergola, dinning area, superb pool(12x6)surrounded by gardens, barbecue and a pinewood forest that surrounds the house. Montalvo is a private residential tourism estate located in a nature reserve area with security, a tennis court, horse stables and riding hall. Comporta´s beautiful beach and Alcácer do Sal are 15 min away!

This fine Villa was prepared so as to provide a comfortable and familiar ambiance. Its indoor and outdoor areas are inviting for carefree chats, sunbathing and for sharing unforgettable appetizing meals.
The living room is bright and wide, opening up directly to the gardens and pool, allowing for full Summer enjoyment or for warm evenings by the fireplace during Winter months.
The surrounding pinewood forest will bring you a sense of direct contact with nature or even inspire you for long walks!
