This lovely double brick home with high ornate ceilings will make you feel welcome as soon as you step in the front door.
Plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind. With a large fully equipped kitchen, 900 oven.
With 3 bedrooms and a second living area for guests to sleep, there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay for 8.
Washing machine and dryer.
Guests have access to the entire house.
Please note there is a private unit at the back, parking is situated out the front on the grass, plenty of room for cars, vans and trailers.
Entertainment area/yard is situated in the front garden with beautiful shady garden grass and bbq, please help your selves to the yummy mandarines (when in season).
Just a stones throw from the Albury tafe, walking distance to town centre and Mercy Hospital. Nailcan hill nature/ mountain bike trail and the Commercial Golf Club.

Clairmont Central is a comfortable, homely place to stay. It is well equipped with all that we needed. Located not far from the centre of town. It is on a busy road however which could be sleep disturbing.

18th celebration

The house is spacious and very comfortable with attractive furnishings and effective heating. Good location, a short drive from the CBD. Minor connectivity problem when we arrived that was dealt with promptly and effectively by Nicole. Very nice place, we hope to stay again.

Quirky character home enjoyable for the most part but for a few lacking power outlets and scope for improved heating/cooling in extreme temperature . But for us it was fine . Very convenient central location

Beautiful period house
Lovely and comfortable property which was spotless. We were made very welcome & the owners have thought of everything, down to books and a baby's highchair & baby bath. A very short drive to the town centre. Just remember to pull the bathroom windows down as it looks straight out into the dining area!! Loved our stay & wish it could be longer. Thank you for having us.

Alright for a stopover
We stayed one night on our journey from Melb to Sydney. 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 in a 3 bdrm house . Back of house had a bdrm with 2 singles connected to room with Queen size bed. Front bedroom was massive with ?King bed. Bed's were nicely made and linen was clean. The house itself was very cold on arrival - timber floors and no central heating but split system in the lounge room soon warmed the front of house. The bdrms at the back of the house were cold with a small oil heater and small fan heater not able to do much other than remove some of the chill from the room. Kids slept through the night however using bedding and throws provided by the house. 1 toilet at the back of the house which was very cold to visit with separate basin/shower quite a journey away. Bathrooms were clean. There were a few repair issues - toilet roll holder on the wall broken and removed, light globe in main TV room not working, dirty and minimal crockery/glassware/servingware, no dishwashing liquid provided - we didn't realise until we'd returned late after dinner so had to wash dishes using hand soap which wasnt ideal. Hand soap and cleaning products were provided so perhaps empty or missing dishwashing detergent wasn't noticed. House in good location, although neighbours behind were quite loud and noisy on arrival and we worried the kids wouldnt sleep but they quietened down. Owner very communicative and allowed us to check-in early by request. Comfortable enough stay

A generous dose of TLC needed.
The location was fine and the home roomy with a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The downside: Lounges and cushions grubby. Bed linen and towels well worn. Bed pillows badly needed replacing - very soiled. Few light shades anywhere. Overall a dingy interior. Would not recommend this place to stay.
