The space
Inside are three bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room area with many amenities.
Outside has a private enclosed yard with a manual rolling gate and parking under a covered carport. The landscape is nicely kept and clean. The back yard is a private and enclosed. The covered porch area provides lots of shade with beautiful mountain views looking east and gorgeous sunset views looking west, not to mention the bright stars in the dark sky at night.
Use the smart tv to browse movies or music (Amazon Firestick attached to living room tv & Roku attached to tv in master bedroom & middle bedroom)

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES OR YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELED WITH NO REFUND:
• Maximum is 5 registered guests (total including all adults & children)
• No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on or inside the property
• No local overnight guests/daytime visitors not allowed
• No pets
• No parties, gatherings, or events
• No fireworks
• SMOKE FREE PROPERTY - No smoking of any kind (including vaping) on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind (inside or outside)
• Must obey house occupancy limits
Additional Information:
• Exterior security camera with 24 hour surveillance

• Home must be secured by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home
• Reservations over 28 days may require security deposit, background and credit check, and are subject to approval
• No moving furniture or appliances
• Guests must maintain property in reasonably clean & orderly conditions (e.g., wash & put back used dishes/utensils, etc., take trash out, cleaned up spills & messes).
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately
• A fire extinguisher is available in laundry room
• A first aid kit is available in the laundry room
There are smoke detectors throughout and a carbon monoxide detector
•Please do not disturb neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
Quiet hours 9pm till 8am.
Additional house rules:
•When inside, we ask that shoes be removed whenever possible and especially when wet/dirty
•Please supervise children at all times. Do not climb on outdoor decoration, walls or trees.
•Please do not pluck any of the roses or flowers
•Do not flush wipes, paper towels, sanitary napkins, etc., a trash can is available
•Do not allow children to cook
•No food in the bedrooms
•Please close and lock all doors & windows
•Please manually close (slowly) rolling gate in front yard at all times for extra security.
Areas not accessible to guests:
Locked closet near front door & outdoor garage (for storing owners property).
For stays that include Sundays & Mondays, please place the outdoor trash bin on curb near the mailbox on Sunday evening in preparation for early Monday morning trash pick up.
When departing please wash all used dishes/utensils & appliances in the kitchen and return back to it's place. Also place all dirty towels on the washing machine and gather all trash from inside house and place in outdoor trash bin.
