Enjoy stunning details throughout this immaculate 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home, catering for 8 guests. The home is equipped with a kitchen, giant TVs, and Amazon Alexa's throughout the property. In the summer months, you will also have access to the community pool through the backyard gate. Pool is heated and open approximately Mid/late May to Mid/Late September. This is dependent on weather.
The Space:
The Plaza was renovated with a modern theme in 2019 and offers great details and decor in every room. You will enjoy a great floorplan with kitchen, dining room, and living room adjoined. In the upstairs you will find 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen: Fully functional with oven, range, refrigerator, spices pots, pans, crook pot, & Microwave. It's stocked with the tools needed to make wonderful meals. Also, enjoy fresh Keurig Coffee every morning.
Living room: Features a beautiful sitting area, highlighted with 70 inch Samsung Smart TV. Netflix, and Amazon Prime included. Couch is a sleeper sofa with a pull out Queen Bed.
Primary Bedroom- Gorgeous barndoors leading to a beautiful king size bed with very comfortable mattress. Walk-in closet to store clothes and luggage. Ceiling fans to keep the room cool and fresh air moving through the room. Enjoys a connected master bathroom with shower, hair dryer, iron, and curling iron.
2nd bedroom: Queen size beds with comfortable mattresses overlooking 43 inch TVs. Ceiling fans to keep the room cool and fresh air moving through the room. Dresser to store clothes. Closet to store clothes an luggage.
3rd bedroom: Queen size beds with comfortable mattresses overlooking 43 inch TVs, . Ceiling fans to keep the room cool and fresh air moving through the room. Dresser to store clothes. Closet to store clothes an luggage. Guest Bathroom: Bathtub shower combo.
Garage: 2 Car garage.

Backyard: Enjoy a backyard with artificial grass that stays green year round. Comfortable seating with patio furniture. The gate to that backyard is approximately 50 feet from the community pool.
Guest Access:
* Enjoy access to our entire home, as well as the community pool in summer months located roughly 30 yards from the backyard.
* Pool is heated and open approximately Mid/late May to Mid/Late September. This is dependent on weather.
* Guests are welcome to use the designated parking spots at the end of the street, as well as the two parking spaces available in the garage. Please be advised not to park on the street and obstruct the traffic, as doing so may result in a fine from the HOA.
*Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 40 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $200 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.
The Neighborhood:
Great Family neighborhood with parks, pool, and fun nearby attractions. We are very close to Cliffs Amusement Park, and the local golf course.
Our guests love the location, as well as the access to the community pool in the summer. Nearby the neighborhood offers several grocery stores including Sprouts, Whole Foods, Smiths, and Walmart. There also are dozens of local restaurants that offer amazing food at reasonable prices. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area include Casa Taco, Stripes Burritos & Biscuits, Monroes, Scarpas, Thai Vegan, Siam Café, Trombino's Bistro Italiano, Buffet King & Sadies.
Albuquerque is a very spread out metropolitan. It is good to have vehicle transportation. You can use a rental car, or rely on Uber and Lyft. There is lots of public transportation, and San Mateo and Academy are major corridors.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is suggested. Albuquerque does have an extensive public transportations system that may be viewed on the City website. Uber and Lyft also operate throughout the city.
Other Things to Note:
- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in which ever is sooner.
- Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
- Pet Fee $200 per pet. Dogs only with 25 lbs. weight limit. No other pet types allowed. Pet must be disclosed prior to check-in.

- All reservations are subject to approval of current government orders associated with Covid-19 policy.
- The Smart TV's include Netflix, and Amazon Prime video & Disney apps. Guests will need to bring their own logins. There is also local channels available through powered antennas.
- You will have access to the entire property with the exception of some shelving in the garage where we store supplies.

House Rules
• No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property
• Must be 25 years of age to book
• Guest must complete Check-in Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quite hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No Cats or other animals. Dogs Allowed for Pet fee. (See Pet fee and weight restrictions in 'Other things to Note' Section
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.
Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
POOL Rules
• Children MUST be accompanied by an adult in the pool area AT ALL TIMES. Please be vigilant with the whereabouts of your children at all times.
• No alcohol, tobacco or drugs allowed in the pool area.
• Guest must check pool water level to ensure water level is halfway up the Skimmer. If water is low Guest must call Host.
• Please no confetti of any type allowed in our home. This causes issues with the pool and hot tub and could cause them to not work for your stay.
• Please no drinks in the pool or hot tub. If drinks are spilled in the pool or hot tub, it will cause the pool or hot tub chemical levels to drop or rise to unsafe levels. An additional fee will be incurred If the water is to be changed for this issue.
• Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the Police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.
