Studio 6 is a disguised Motel 6. It was not clean on the outside They did not clean out room during our 3 night stay. Our room was broken into on the last day--the door was jimmied and forced. Luckily we did not lose anything. The check out clerk was not particularly concerned. The bed was clean, though. Room was not at all like the pictures.

Expensive one night stay but not many options with the balloon festival in town.
Room was clean, loud - traffic close by. Deadlixk on door was broken.
Lovely room; suite with full size fridge and kitchen equipment. Clean and nice, huge bed very good.

The room was nice as a studio with different rooms for each bed, but very noisy from highway traffic. Also the room had a kitchenette and the coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds still in it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I mentioned it to the front desk , they were rude about it. Attempted to replace the coffee maker , but did not provide the right filters or any sugar , cream , stirrers, I had to ask.
And never was able to make coffee both mornings.
Awful experience with this stay.
The hotel listing needs to reflect possible highway noise.
The room was great. It was clean and spacious. Unfortunately what put a damper on our stay was that we were awoken at 2:30am to police banging on our door while asleep. They said they had received several calls to 911 from our room. We were asleep so we obviously did not make the calls. Not sure what was going on but felt u safe that point. So we didn’t get much sleep after that. Had we not had that experience I would have given this room 5 stars.
just an average hotel that's inexpensive. the parking lot was well lite. the rooms are antiquated. bathroom was nice and clean at least. I think you can find nice hotels for the same price to pay on where you want to stay
Was not as large a room as I was expecting and was not aware there was no housekeeping during stay. Not as upscale as the last Motel 6 Studio I stayed at and a $100 deposit was a surprise. Only got to park adjacent to my room the last night.
Price was good, staff very friendly.
I had to ditch this reservation. The water pressure was nil and it took forever for the shower to get hot. The "security officer" waled back and fourth directly on the sidewalk in front of the door almost yelling a conversation with someone elsr (not busoness related). When I indicated that I was trying to sleep he yelled, "aint nobody stopping you." I said "loud" and he said "I am the security guard!" I said, "thank you," and he yelled, "you need to mind your own business!" Management is not on site on weekends and I did not feel safe knowing that man had acces to my room.
