We live in Albuquerque and are frequently working to maintain our 4 rentals, so you may spot me or my husband on the property during your stay. We're happy to help you with any questions or concerns. But we won't bother you beyond a friendly wave or a quick "hello."
The BEST neighborhood to get a taste of Albuquerque food and culture- mostly within walking distance! It is a quiet, residential area that both visitors and locals love for the historic charm and convenient location.
One of the best things about this house is it's location! You can walk to so many great places- museums, galleries, restaurants, and more. Beyond that, Albuquerque as a whole is most easily explored in a car. Uber and Lyft are widely available.
This home is on a property with three other homes, all built as a farmer's family compound. You'll have The house all to yourself, along with it's fenced front and back yard. You'll also have access to the shared guest amenities around the property; including parking, and seating areas.
