Quality remodeled home. In sought after neighborhood close to UNM, Hospitals, parks, Nob Hill. Huge chef's kitchen. Loaded with amenities for families. Very nicely landscaped front and backyards, covered patio & shade trees. SORRY, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES MAY BE HOSTED AT THIS HOME. ALSO, NO WEDDING ACTIVITIES AT ALL ARE ALLOWED. NO FAMILY GATHERINGS BEYOND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPENDING THE NIGHT!! OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9 AM WILL BE ENFORCED. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, OR YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $300 CLEANING FEE!

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AS WE HAVE MANY GUESTS THAT STAY WITH US THAT HAVE EXTREME PET ALLERGIES. DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL SERVICE ANIMALS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR APPROVAL. IF YOU LEGITIMATELY HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL, PLEASE CONSIDER RENTING FROM AN ANIMAL WELCOMING PROPERTY.

Everything was just perfect.
Everything you would want to make your stay great is there. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything and more, the backyard is soothing. We would stay there again and again.

Amazing place to stay
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with many parks nearby. It is close to everything and is easy to navigate from the house to any location in Albuquerque. It is a serene and peaceful place to vacation or work.

Lovely home in ABQ
Our group of 4 absolutely loved this property! Lots of great space and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and the water features in the backyard. The kitchen is well-stocked with every item and appliance you can think of. This is a charming and highly recommended home. The owner was wonderful to work with and we couldn’t have picked a better property or location.

Amazing home with a gracious host
The home is beautiful and serene. Neighborhood is lovely and close to everything. There is a park nearby and lovely areas to walk. The water features at the house create a calm and energizing stay!

Michelle is an excellent host. The house sits in a beautiful neighborhood in Nob Hill.there are several parks in the neighborhood if you enjoy walking. The house is peaceful and the backyard is captivating. Outstanding place to stay.

Six of us who used to teach together met for a 4 day getaway. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable gathering area, great outdoor space. They even welcomed us with snacks. It was a great stay!

The house exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished, great neighborhood and close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Michelle was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for things to do around the area and good places to eat. Well stocked kitchen and great touches with black washcloths for make removal and a container of things we might have forgotten. Would highly recommend staying in this home. Thank you Michelle

One of the best rentals ever
Hands down this is one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The house was amazing and clean. The hosts were friendly and responsive. If you have the option to book this home, don’t hesitate.

Stayed at this property on a trip to Albuquerque to visit family. Can’t say enough on what a great place this is! Feels like you are staying in home and not a rental. It is beautifully appointed and comfortably accommodated our large family. Hosts have all the amenities covered and probably the best VRBO we have stayed at in regard to ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location is great, literally minutes from anywhere in town. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time we are in Albuquerque!

We had such a wonderful stay. The owners were very kind and responsive. . . had a Christmas tree up for us and provided faralitos for us to light on the 24th... above and beyond welcoming and the house is spectacular with a great layout, everything you could imagin needing and meticulous. We would love to stay again.

What can I say except “PERFECT”
PERFECT, That is how I would describe our stay at this property. The location was great with all our needs in a short radius and all meet and greets within 20 minutes of this property. The living space had more than enough room indoors and out for our family to ( large ) visit in any space without crawling over each other. The kids and cousins had a great time outside with games and activities that kept them happy and occupied. The owners respond quickly with any questions and provided space to be yourself as well. What a wonderful place and will certainly look to book in the future when we visit the ABQ . You will not regret a stay at this amazing property

This home is so fabulous! The nicest VRBO I have had the pleasure of staying at. Well stocked with the linens, dinnerware and utensils for our group. The kitchen was wonderful. The outdoor patio was a peaceful retreat with the water features. Great place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I would highly recommend this home.

The kitchen is in the center of the house facilitating delicious family meals and conversations. There was plenty of space for other activities in the periphery for everyone to have fun!
