This property was the perfect fit for our family while visiting ABQ. The home was exactly as shown in the listing and exceeded our expectations with the accommodations for our children. Our daughter had a blast in the kids room playing with toys, reading books, and exploring the backyard. Combined with the walkable location to all of Nob Hill this location is second to none for an ABQ adventure!

The house was perfect location to explore the city. We started our day having coffee in spacious yard before setting out to explore. We loved we could walk to local restaurants. This was a nice place to stay while we were in town meeting our newest little granddaughter. The house was clean, cute and comfortable, and Megan and Andrew were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also.

My husband used this unit during a work trip (I was supposed to be there too but plans changed) and had a great stay. Terrific location near lots of restaurants and stores, good setup at the unit, very responsive and helpful hosts. We would love to rent it again and both get there next time!

We spent three nights and had a great time. The property is very convenient and I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with the hosts. The gave us a ton of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. There were some toys for our 14 month old. The back yard was well maintained and a great place to hang out.

Clean and beautiful house, spacious inside with a driveway for up to three cars and a pretty big backyard as well. Toiletries and trash bags provided were more than enough for our two days stay. Excellent prompt polite communication and dinning suggestions.
