Girls weekend at balloon festival
Had a great time visiting Albuquerque and going to the balloon festival. The house was wonderful for us. We loved being able to walk to restaurants! Thanks for everything!

Our third stay
We always enjoy staying at this property. Great location, comfy spaces and the addition of the air conditioning system was perfect. The backyard is a great spot for morning coffee and eveing chats.

What a cute house!
We were in town for a kickball tournament and the house was the perfect location! Close to where our tournament was and close to restaurants, just what we needed :)

Excellent ABQ perch
My husband used this unit during a work trip (I was supposed to be there too but plans changed) and had a great stay. Terrific location near lots of restaurants and stores, good setup at the unit, very responsive and helpful hosts. We would love to rent it again and both get there next time!

The house was perfect location to explore the city. We started our day having coffee in spacious yard before setting out to explore. We loved we could walk to local restaurants. We appreciated the warm welcome and they provided information for local eats and things to do in city. Great place to stay, we look forward to a future visit.

Wonderful place in Nob Hill. Walking distance to most spots on the hill.
Owner offer great communication and hospitality in their clean, up scale home. Back yard tree is a great place to relax with morning coffee.

Cute, clean and comfortable
This was a nice place to stay while we were in town meeting our newest little granddaughter. The house was clean, cute and comfortable, and Megan and Andrew were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also.

Great Stay
We spent three nights and had a great time. The property is very convenient and I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with the hosts. The gave us a ton of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. There were some toys for our 14 month old. The back yard was well maintained and a great place to hang out.

Great homebase
Perfect location for our exploration of Albuquerque and environs! Restaurants and bars to walk to in Nob Hill neighborhood, 1 hr to Sante Fe, Turquoise Trail and 2 hrs to Taos. Hosts bent over backwards to make us feel welcome.

Wonderful stay
It was an amazing stay. House was very clean and we had all the amenities handy. Every place is just within a mile like Walmart, pharmacy, ice-cream shop. Andrew and Meghan were very fast in responding to us and made sure we were not uncomfortable at any point. I would recommend anyone who visit Albuquerque. Best host and best house.

Way better than the pictures!
Clean and beautiful house, spacious inside with a driveway for up to three cars and a pretty big backyard as well. Toiletries and trash bags provided were more than enough for our two days stay. Excellent prompt polite communication and dinning suggestions.

A cute and comfortable place to stay in a convenient location
My husband and I and our 17 year old daughter really enjoyed the central location, close to Nob Hill shops and restaurants and near the UNM campus. It's a great neighborhood for morning walks and we loved sitting out in the backyard for breakfast or just hanging out. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive -- when we had a small issue with the electronic front door lock, they were able to resolve it for us immediately. Would recommend!
