short but sweet
the house was as listed and we wish we had more time in this area. The only knit picky issues were the ac is lovely in the main part of the house but super HOT in the front room ( thank you for the little fan) and the outside porch little lights we could not figure out how to turn them off. We 3 would recommend this home if you want a fun/ safe home in this area of town! also so quick to the airport!

Cozy place
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy, quiet place. Well-equipped. We enjoyed the piñon coffee… thank you! The outside grounds could use some attention - litter in yard that looked like it had been there awhile.

Charming little house
Loved the ease of check-in, the off-street parking, the decor, the great comfort of the bed, the number of restaurants (and tattoo parlors) within walking distance, the proximity of the U of NM campus, the ease of check-out. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Albuquerque!

Grad school apartment
Good value in a cool city, reminded me of a grad school apartment in an older home with high ceilings and creaky wood floors, within walking distance of some cool restaurants and bars, just 10 minutes from airport, apartment was clean and tidy, outside areas not so clean, owner very responsive to requests, had a good stay and enjoyed the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta!

Great location, sweet older home.
This place was great. The silver hill neighborhood is about the best place to stay in Albuquerque. And we loved the classic old Albuquerque home. The owners were responsive, and everything was easy.

Quiet and comfortable
The house is great, it’s an older home that’s clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, no problems with noise and the location is perfect for walking into town. The windows are older so a slight draft comes in but the heater works well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Taryn checked in with us via email which was appreciated. I’d definitely return.

Fantastic renter
Taryn was phenomenal. We had a short visit in ABQ. We feel the listing was completely accurate. It is an older home but that was clear in the listing. Good neighborhood. We had no problems whatsoever. But I do want to commend Taryn on fantastic communication. Her communication immediately after booking, prior to, and during our stay was excellent. She made recommendations and had great information in the home as well. The home was very clean as well. Thanks so much!

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have stayed here. It is in a quiet location, but still close to the campus, restaurants, etc. The apartment is clean and large enough for 4 people. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, Handy, and well-equipped
We stayed 7 nights while visiting family and friends. Check-in was easy, following the instructions emailed to us. We used the gated backyard parking area, which was preferable to parking on the street. It's a couple of blocks from UNM, but the neighborhood was quiet, especially at night. Both beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to put a few meals together. It's an old house, but everything worked well. Its historic nature enhanced our experience. We'd happily stay there again. Thanks for all the attention to detail!

Cute place - could use some minor
Our primary reason to come to ABQ was to go to the Balloon Fiesta, which was amazing. The unit is very clean, and has a cute deck off the back. The beds were comfortable too.:) I would say that my suggestions would be to have enough drinking glasses and cups for 4 people, the option of a lighter weight blanket for warmer nights and more comfortable living room furniture.

Excellent 2br 2bath duplex near UNM in ABQ
This property was perfect for us, with a choice of secure off street or convenient on street parking, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), easy key pad check in and entry, nice, quiet neighborhood and easy accessibility to most of ABQ being just east of central. Anything we needed was immediately provided by texting the manager. We particularly enjoyed having each bedroom have its own full bath, plenty of hot water and access to cable including ability to log onto streaming services with our own account. (Just remember to log off before you leave!).We will definitely look for this unit next time we come to ABQ.

A few repairs are needed
Heater vent (All were on floor) in main bedroom had no louver to open / close and regulate heat. Thermostat was for whole house and was fine as far as temperature, however the main bedroom became an oven without adjusting whole house temperature on thermostat down. Easy fix to replace floor register with a louvered one so everyone can be warm and sleep well. Master bathroom (Small) off master bedroom is in need of a deep cleaning and refresh. Cracked and peeling paint, cobwebs, and a new showerhead that allows for full flow of water, and faucet handles were reverse installed which could lead to a scalding if you were not aware of configuration. Heavy metal gates off alley to allow for on-premise parking were difficult to open / close and secure. Perhaps instructing guests to use the provided parking pass for on-street parking upon checkin would be easier than navigating narrow alley and heavy gates?

A Great Getaway with Close Convenience
I stayed here a week with my two daughters 7 and 12 and we had a wonderful time. Clean house, quiet neighborhood, solid Wifi, and nice extra's throughout. Taryn was quick to respond to questions I had. And for an older home, we were happy with how warm/cozy it was as the temps dropped on the November nights. We would certainly stay here again.
