Newly renovated spacious home away from home. 3 large beds able to accomodate two adults in each bed, or plenty of room to strectch out, Nearby walking, running or biking trails and neighborhood parks. Grocery stores, great food and lots of food trucks in the area. Five minutes from historic Route 66 for a drive along a piece of history, to Old Town, Downtown or hop on the nearby highway to be anywhere in town in minutes. Movie Theaters about 15-20 minutes away.

It appears the property is still undergoing some small renovations (mostly in the back yard), but it was still perfectly comfortable for my short stay. Julio was responsive to my pre-arrival questions. Thank you Julio!!

The west desert oasis
I was in town for work. The house worked out great for my employees and myself. Great place. Clean. Recently remodeled and up to date. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host communicated promptly. If your looking for a nice place to stay while in Albuquerque this is a good one.
