This home is conveniently located only 3 minutes from a fitness center and 5 minutes from shopping. Inside, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open-concept living and dining room with granite counter tops and a gas fireplace in the living room.

When the sun’s shining, soak up the rays in the incredible outdoor area. A covered dining area, sun loungers by sparkling swimming pool, and all of it framed by a view of the Sandia Mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at this property a great deal. The pool hot tub area is fantastic and that was the main reason why we booked. Very close to shopping - Target is only 2 minutes away and the grocery store is about 5. Also located well for all of the tourist spots - everything was about 20 minutes away in any direction.

Excellent property in a great, quiet neighborhood! The house was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. If I could give this property more stars, I would. Very clean home, pool was super fun, neighborhood is quiet and friendly, great communication with property owner…. I could go on and on. Three adult siblings, all seniors, gathered in Albuquerque for a 4-day reunion. This house met our needs in all respects but one. It's well situated, clean and well provisioned. The only drawback involved the TVs. The only option was the Xfinity package of channels. There were no apps available for streaming.

A perfect place to relax with family
This house had an amazing view. We had friends stop by for dinner and had to eat outside despite the cold. There is a whole home stereo with a tape deck!!! Instantly I was taken back to the 90’s!! It was actually a really cool feature having the radio play throughout the home. Perfectly equipped kitchen, great outdoor area… no complaints!! The area is near a gym, target and a mile from Costco… no complaints at all. Also the corn puff treats were so good we bought more for souvenirs for home!!! Mahalo!!

This stay was my 1st time ever renting a property on vrbo. I was nervous to say the least however the reviews on this particular property gave me good vibes so I figured I would give it a shot. This property and host absolutely did not disappoint. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and welcoming. Rosie was fantastic and I did not have the slightest dislike about anything with the place. The pool and hot tub was excellent. The neighborhood was so nice and conveniently located to just about everything. The house was very spacious and provided everything my family needed. I hands down recommend this place to anyone and it will definitely be my 1st choice when visiting Albuquerque again.

A Wonderful VRBO!
This VRBO will not disappoint and is sure to make you happy! The house is clean, welcoming, comfortable, nicely decorated, and located in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms are generously stocked; (there are even bowls and utensils for toddlers). Flyers, pamphlets, and magazines related to “things to do” while in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, were in the house, and much appreciated. Nice touch! The backyard is wonderful! It’s private yet there’s a beautiful view. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub and sharing meals together gathered around the large table on the patio. We highly recommend! We will book again! Thank You Rosie, for A beautiful VRBO, A hassle free stay, and the cookies…Yum! So very thoughtful of you!
