Two car garage available for small car/suv parking with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging. Backyard includes covered patio with patio furniture, BBQ grill, fire pit, artificial grass play area, putting green, cornhole game and gated parking for larger vehicles or RV/trailers with 30amp outlet. Staying at Brandon's home was excellent. One of the best short-term rental experiences we've had. House was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Would highly recommend, and we hope to stay here again the next time we are in Albuquerque.
We were all really surprised how stocked the kitchen was to cook with. Everything was very clean and tidy and just a very nice place over all this day. We would stay again if ever in Albuquerque again.
Great location. Place is renovated and everything is clean and new. Plenty of space for 6+. Really like the snacks, towels, water, everything. Just the perfect place for a family to stay.
This was a great stay! It had everything we could need and then some. Located near restaurants and shopping, and easy access to freeways. Beds/linens were comfortable. This was a far better stay than a hotel! Thank you!

Rented the house in April while visiting family in the Albuquerque area. House was exactly what we needed.
Great location, easy to access, quiet neighborhood with no issues.
Kids enjoyed the backyard activities, while my wife and I enjoyed the shaded outdoor sitting area.
Having a garage to park and charge the vehicle in was also very nice.
We have stayed at Brandon's house a couple times now. It did not disappoint again. It's always the first place we look for when we come to Albuquerque. We love that it is super clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that is a convenient drive to anything in the city. The kids love the backyard.
