We were in town for a little R&R, a concert at Sunshine Theater, and to explore the arts. We loved this apartment and it’s epic location. We would love to come back and stay there again soon!

Perfect central location
Cute little place, perfect for my husband and me. Walking distance to great food choices - blue corn crust pizza across the street was SO good. Easily walkable to museums. We even walked to a concert venue near downtown. Communication with the host was great.

Enjoyed the decor and layout of the apartment. The parking off the street was great and the lighting of the bakery across the street made it seem safer overall. The outdoor patios could be much more inviting if they were cleaner and spiffed up a bit especially the ground floor one.

Short Stay Ok but Longer Stay? Look Elsewhere
This unit is in a good location in between downtown and old town with several places within walking distance. It would be great for a couple nights stay where you wouldn't notice most things we did during our almost 2 week stint. Kitchen supplies are lacking (1 cooking utensil?) and in poor shape condition (scratched up skillets) and the kitchen just isn't functional for cooking. But the biggest issue was paying for 2 weeks for two people and only getting 2 backup toilet paper rolls. They mentioned only providing a starter setup of toiletries and things of that nature but they had more than enough of everything else besides toilet paper so that's just an odd thing to be stingy on in my opinion. For comparison, the next place we rented for just 1 week thru someone else had twice as much toilet paper than this place for half the time rented. Doesn't add up.

Cute Place!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was really pretty. The bakery across the street was wonderful. There is a great coffee place down the road. We were close to everything that we needed. I also liked the fact that I could do my laundry before I headed home. Everything was great. I just want to caution you about the stairs they are very narrow. Also, it was a super noisy street. It was only loud on the weekend. The weekdays were fine. With all that said, I would still give it a 5. I read it was on a noisy street and it had steep stairs. I knew what I signed up for.

This unit perfectly suited both my needs and my mood! Loved the covered deck off the upstairs bedroom and the outdoor breakfast patio. Bed and exceptionally smooth sheets were very comfy and I slept well! Splurged on water and took a long soak in the long tub. Kitchen well-stocked, tried a couple nearby restaurants (both great), and had some good walks. Easy to find, close to the places I needed to be. Would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Great loft, clean and just like the photos. Walked across the street to the bakery, and a few steps away to an amazing Mexican restaurant.

We had a nice first visit to ABQ. The apartment was fine and as we expected. The vrbo app as only contact with landlord made email way harder than necessary, but we still had a fun time.

The property was just as advertised. Nice restaurant next door and great bakery across the street. It was very convenient for accessing Old Town and numerous local breweries. Definitely would stay here again!

Like most reviewers we agree that Taryn’s condo is an excellent choice for your stay in Albuquerque. Clean, well furnished, comfortable and very convenient. We would definitely select the property again if it’s available for a future visit. More important to know is unexpected problems happen. Then what happens? For us the promptness and willingness to address any issue(s) is a personality trait found in first-rate hosts. Hosts who are focused on fixing things and the needs of the guests. That was our experience and we are very happy guests.
