We had several guest come in drunk at 4 am and we couldn’t get them to be quiet for a hour and one guest wouldn’t leave our room. I contacted the after hour/emergency number but no one answered. "WhatsApp group was good for info. All staff were SO LOVELY. Common areas a bit lacking in comfortable seating Terrace closes too early at 8pm. Do yourself a favour and hire an ebike or escooter to get around - it's so much fun"

"The hostel itself was fine. Pretty clean. The staff were nice. It’s just unfortunate that I only stayed 1 night out of the 5 I paid for because a few guests were beyond unhygienic. The entire room reeked of their stench and the staff couldn’t get me into another dorm. I know that’s a hard issue for staff to deal with and it wasn’t their fault. "

"The location is great and close to major attractions. My stay overall was decent, but the bathroom situation was not ideal. There was no shelves to put my toiletries and clothes. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a major downside. It was really slow and often unreliable. I ended up using my phone data to do my work. "

"The hostess had great communication, was responsive and offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely location and I’m sure the area would be much more lively during the summer, we went off-season and it was quite cold but still a beautiful view! Easy to take the bus into Valencia as well."

"Great location in a super walkable area! The front desk staff were amazing and knowledgeable, especially Alina. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We were on the third floor and it was remarkably quiet and peaceful, even during the last night of las fallas! "
