This gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in Guia, near Albufeira, 5Km to the nearest beaches: Galé, Salgados, Lourenço, Castelo, Coelha, S.Rafael. The villa is located in a very quite country side area, 600 mts. from the famous village of GUIA and has magnificent views over farmland towards the coast line. Has its own private pool 8x4 mts which can be heated (at a supplement charge).
It comprises, on the groud floor: 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms being 1 ensuite. Spacious Dinning and Sitting area /open space fully equipped Kitchen. On the 1st.floor, a master suite with bathroom and north/south sunny terraces with beatiful panoramic views. This villa has fantastic outside space making this the perfect family holiday retreat.
It is also fully air conditioned throughout.
The owners, Manuel and Josie live in the adjoining villa, but your privacy is guaranteed.

Outstanding Villa
This is an absolutely beautiful villa were the owners have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. The pool/garden area is a wonderful spot with gas and charcoal BBQ's. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location but within walking distance to Guia with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and the beach. Our hosts very thoughtfully left a welcome pack to get us started and they could not have been more kind or helpful. Truly a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Amazing
This was our second stay in this amazing property. The villa is perfectly located for peaceful days by the pool, visits to the local beaches and touring the Algarve region. The villa is superbly equipped and we wanted for nothing. We have been visiting this area of Portugal with our family for over 10 years and this is by far the best value Villa we have stayed in. We have already booked to return in 2025.

Fabulous villa
We loved our stay. The villa was a great size & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside space & pool was ideal for our family of 5. It is a short walk (10 mins) into Guia for the local restaurants and a 10/15 min drive to Albufeira. We will definitely be back again!

Great Villa in fantastic location
Lovely stay, 4 adults 2 children. Perfect position for the towns and beaches but away from the hustle bustle. Morning spent in the pool and afternoons exploring or on the beach. Super villa, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Manuel next door, helpful but not intrusive. Worth 5 stars and more.

Ideal villa for our purposes
This villa is centrally located in the Algarve, so served as a great base for exploring the area on our first visit here. The owner, Manuel, lives next door, was very welcoming and provided us a lovely "welcome" supply of food and drink on arrival. Throughout our stay he and his daughter were most helpful and very approachable. That said, unless we had any concerns, we were left to our own devices. The property feels secure, as it is in quite a secluded area and has an electric gate. The 3 bedrooms available suited us well and the whole property was air conditioned. There were 3 bathrooms, effectively 2 en suite and one communal one, though we allocated a bathroom to each bedroom. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is very pleasant, and there is a well-connected, if rather small TV in the lounge. The wifi is very good throughout the property. The garden is a decent size for the property and is well sup[lied with comfortable sun loungers, parasol and other seating options. There is a good-sized pool - we didn't have it heated but it was fine for general use despite being early June. We enjoyed the use of a fine gas BBQ and there is also a charcoal one available. There are some pool toys, and indeed there is a supply of books and some games indoors, which was a nice touch. There is room for 2 vehicles to park (we had 2 rental cars), but it might be tricky to park a large car/SUV on the site, though it would be possible to park on the street if needed. Overall a great stay

Stunning and comfortable villa with lovely pool and garden in a quiet residential area with short walk to Guia village and approx 15 min drive to albufeira old town. We didn’t need car as Uber were very accessible. Each room with bathroom and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely hospitable and friendly owner and family who live next door who could not have been more helpful and clearly go over and beyond to ensure their visitors enjoy their stay. Hoping to return soon.

Simply The Best
Manuel. Josie and Sara, the owners, over delivered in every category of customer service. They truly made it a home away from home. The Villa had everything we could have wanted and the area was fun to explore for walks, beaches, restaurants and shopping.. Best VRBO stay I have had over the years and after a negative experience we had just prior in Hawaii, this made up for it in spades !!! We shall return.

The house is very spacious, and the outside areas are lovely. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We parked our hire car there no problem. Manuel was a great host, and made sure we had all we needed. Would love to come back again sometime. Definitely recommend for families. Thumbs up!

BEST EVER FAMILY VACATION
I selected this property for a family vacation with everyone's needs in mind. The beautiful upstairs spacious suite was for Us, the grandparents. The grandsons never wanted to leave the pool. Loved outdoor lunches and indoor eating too. Manuel was the best host and had a lovely welcome wine and other foods to get us started. The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We didn't want to leave!!!

Manuel was most accommodating and helpful Cleaner came 2x per week which was most unexpected. Everything was as described and very, very quiet as it was located at the end of a street. Wonderful time had by all
Firstly we would like to thank Manuel and family for the warm welcome and support throughout the week. The villa exceeded expectations, it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you could need. The outside space was heavenly, a lovely heated pool, garden area and terrace. Guia itself is a 15 minute walk away where you'll find a few restaurants and bars and a cake shop that we found lovely. Manuel and family went above and beyond to ensure we had a great and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful villa
Just returned from a lovely week at this property and can highly recommend. Property was spacious, clean and airy. We paid to have the pool heated, which meant we got a lot of use out of it. We were made welcome by Manuel and it was great after the journey to have some basic supplies provided (ham, eggs, butter, water, bread etc). The property is located well for ZooMarine and Algarve Shopping.

Beautiful welcoming Villa and owner
We had a wonderful stay at the villa and Manuel and Sara were very helpful in every way but not intrusive. They became friends over our time there and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was huge and very well furnished, clean and had everything we needed. The pool with heating was superb and our boys were in every day more than once even when temperatures were about 23 degrees. The location was good for local restaurants and we found a favourite restaurant which served traditional Portuguese food called cantinho do almareado. We also ate bbq from apolonia supermarket recommended by manuel. They had many different varieties of ready made fresh kebabs. We did not have to travel far to enjoy the aqua show park, Zoomarine, beaches, walks and more all which are highly recommended. Thank you again Manuel for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again one day!

Great space for relaxing
We had a wonderful, very relaxing time at this villa. We had the pool heated which allowed us to enjoy relaxing in the pool and yard every afternoon after we retuned from exploring the area. Communication with our host was easy, and he responded quickly to our needs.

An absolutely wonderful stay!
We have just returned from a week at Manuel’s villa and had such an amazing stay. The villa itself is really comfortable, well equipped, clean and well located and the heated pool was such a great addition to the holiday too! Manuel and family couldn’t do enough for us - our flight was delayed until the early hours of the morning yet Manuel was there to greet us with a smile and a welcome pack of food and wine! We really were so delighted with our holiday and will hopefully be back there sooner rather than later. Can’t recommend highly enough!

A-ma-Zing From Booking to Check Out
Of all the villas over the decades that we have stayed in Manuel's without exception is the best on so many counts. Manuel was exceptional with communication from booking to check out. The villa has everything you need. We asked about a blender so Manuel went out and bought one. The villa is nicely air conditioned throughout and the unheated pool reached a lush 30 degrees. We asked for the pool to be heated but Manuel said to save our money and let the sun do it for us - he could have just taken our money but his integrity didn't allow that. Have I mentioned Manuel? He is without doubt a diamond. He lives next door so always available. However, he is never in your face. Superb, excellent and fabulous on each and every count. Thank you

Amazing week in Portugal
Wow! Not really sure where to start or whether my words will even do this property and the host Manuel justice. Myself and 3 others have just returned from a beautiful week in Guia, staying at this wonderful villa. Check in was pain free and easy, Manuel was there to greet us on our arrival, the villa itself is just beautiful, spacious, clean, tidy, the pool area is just superb. Overall this villa is 10/10. Manuel the host was just the best, so kind and helpful and only a text away if you needed anything which was really reassuring. We hired a car which was great to explore and mooch around the Algarve but you could definitely sit by the pool for a week and not move. I honestly can't speak highly enough of this property, if you are looking for a beautiful holiday in the sunshine in a lovely villa this is definitely for you. We can't thank Manuel enough and can't wait to return.

Lovely property and convenient for central algarve
The villa was very relaxing and we were well looked after by Manuel, the owner. The weather was lovely and the location was excellent. We loved our time here and to be critical would be unfair. However mention must be made of the noise from various dogs close by as the culture seems to be to let them bark. This spoilt things a bit as otherwise it was peaceful

Just perfect
After issues at the airport this was just what we needed!!! The villa is gorgeous and the pool is the main event. The kids loved it- even the night swim before we left. Manuel is a gem. He is there to help when you need but leaves you alone to get on with things. You have to drive to the beach but with kids and accessories, that's fine. The local restaurant and beach is great along with a shop nearby that sells all you need. We will definitely be returning- how soon is too soon?!
