Lovely apartment and view and position
For view and position its got to be hard to beat this apartment. Its situated just off the main streets and above the beach, right by the lift at the beach end. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with en suites and a separate loo, Theres also a kitchen diner and a balcony to use. Oh and approachable hosts as weel who will meet you and help if you need anythings. Highly recommended

Perfect stay

This is a wonderful apartment. Very comfortable and hard to leave ! The view from the terrace is awesome. It is close to everything. Great supermarket nearby. It is great size with spacious bedrooms . Will definitely be back !

Great place!
This was a clean and spacious property with a wonderful view. Easy walking to marina, old town and no problems getting uber, buses and trains to explore the Algarve. Carlos and Landa were very helpful and even picked us up at the airport and drove us to the supermarket that night for supplies.

Lovely sea view apartment
This property owned by Carlos and his wife is fantastic . It’s in a beautiful location overlooking the beach and very close to all other amenities , restaurants and shops . The inside is immaculate beautifully decorated and extremely clean . The owner is very helpful , I love it and will be back ❤️❤️

Amazing gem
The property was perfect. It was located outside of the action area so it wasn’t too noisy , but perfectly located to get to the beach directly out the front. And a short walk into the old town. The view is amazing and the property was like a home away from home. It was so clean. Thank you for hosting us.

Excellent Vacation
Carlos and Landa were excellent hosts. Their condo was beautiful, great location and the view from the balcony was the best! Everything you need is within walking distance. Amazing restaurants, live music every evening on streets or in bars, restaurants. We were surprised at how safe, comfortable and at home we felt. Beach can not be topped. Overall, four sisters had the best vacation ever!!

Excellent location!
I can’t say enough about this apartment. It was clean and spacious for 4 adults, beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Located next to the stairs and elevator to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Square. Carlos and his wife were excellent hosts and always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Albufeira/Algarve location
We woke to an amazing sunrise, and were able to sit on the balcony to take in the view of beautiful crescent beach. It's out of the bustle of the main tourist area, but still close enough to walk when you want to. The apartment itself is well appointed & has all the things that you would need for any length of stay. Fantastic restaurants were close by, & a small wine/liquor store was right around the corner. Carlos even arranged for his son to pick us up at the train station; what service.

Great beach & town location
Well appointed/supplied and very adequate apartment with a balcony overlooking the beach. Walking distance to everything in Albufeira. Adequate/free street parking nearby.Carlos and wife (Odellia?) most gracious and available hosts. Only missing a couple of beach chairs which would have been a nice add to the many beach umbrellas available. Obrigado!!

Lovely hosts, lovely location
Just got back from a lovely week in Albufeira, Carlos and his wife were lovely , met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked. The apartment itself had a lovely open plan lounge and kitchen with everything you could want also two big double bedrooms both with ensuite. Most importantly was the location and view , come out and turn right, 20 minutes walk to the marina with bars and restaurants or 10 mins left into the old town and 5 minutes to the beach The view from the balcony is lovely to wake up to every morning with a coffee watching the sun rise ... In all perfect all round.

So, so sweet
Could not say enough about our stay at Casa Latino. Our hosts Carlos and Landra really went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. The transfer, Miguel made us feel so much at ease in getting from the airport in Faro to Albufeira. Our return trip was just the same. The apartment was well furnished and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms spacious. Other than the small hiccup on how to work the stove we couldn't have asked for more. Carlos sorted it out for us. For my first trip to Portugal, I was more than impressed. My friends were very happy that I booked with Carlos and I'd love to return for another stay.

Superb apartment in an outstanding location!
This very clean and furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful spot, at a 5-minute walking distance from Albufeira old town. Carlos stayed up late to welcome us in the apartment and showed us around at an odd hour, as we were arriving late. They were so considerate to give us some essentials - milk, bread, cheese, ham - to get us started. The beds are very comfortable, the linen and towels fresh and clean and the internet fast and reliable. The air conditioning works well too, although we only needed it for a few hours late at night in 'heating mode'. The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils, crockery that one could need. The sun shines through the big south-facing glass windows and balcony all day. The views of the spectacular beach are stunning, the location is super-convenient, the host Carlos is very helpful. There is not much one can do to improve it at all. It was indeed a memorable week that we spent in Albufeira. We will not hesitate to recommend it highly to friends and family!

Wonderful apartment and break away
This apartment was wonderful, so well situated to the old town and what a view over the bay ! The apartment was very clean. With everything we needed for a break away. Carlos and Landa could not do enough for us. We had asked Carlos if he would be willing to collect us from the airport, which he did. On the way back he asked if we would like to stop off at the supermarket to stock up on things before going on to the apartment. Unfortunately when in the car I received a call from the airport to say that my friend's case was still at the airport and my friend had inadvertently picked up another passengers case by mistake. Nothing was too much trouble for Carlos, he and his wife dropped two of the party back at the apertment and took my friend to drop off the other person's case and on to the airport to collect my friends case. Carlos and Landa explained where things were in the local area and left a contact number should we need additional help. We could not have asked for more and this saved us a lot of additional stress. My friends and I have all said that we would like to return and keeping fingers crossed we will. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment, Carlos and Landa to you and I write this with much gratitude x

EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH AMAZING VIEW!!
Our 3 week stay at this property was wonderful. Carlos and Landa are amazing hosts! They were so helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Kind enough to pick us up at train station, and even stopped at the grocery store (it was late and would have been closed later) and waited while we picked up provisions. And even more above and beyond, they picked us up one day for a great tour of their beautiful Albufeira region and took us to a wonderful Piri-Piri restaurant for lunch--delicious food and wine flowed. We cannot say enough great things about these wonderful people! Pride in owndership is evident throughout this 2 bedroom apartment. It is extremely spacious and very well appointed. The pictures of the property are not exaggerated in any way! Of all of our travels over the years, this was definitely the best view that we've had. It was perfect!!! And what an amazing location in old town Albufeira. Walking distant to a grocery store, many bars and restaurants, the marina (many other great restaurants), and the beach! Great for people watching. We joked that we were the envy of all as they walked by us and saw us up on the balcony. :) Albufeira is also a great central location in the Algarve. We rented a car for one week, to explore neighboring villages, and everything was easy to get to. While we always try to go to new locations, I have a feeling that we'll return here--and it will definitely be to this property! Thank you so much Carlos and Landa! Paul & Michelle

Wonderful Apartment in Albufeira
Can’t say enough about this awesome apartment. The owners are very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is perfect with the best view and easy walk to the beach, shops, cafes. You can hear the sound of the waves as soon as you open the terrace doors. Next time we come to Albufeira we’ll definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location as very close to amenities but still away from the busyness of the town. Stunning views,great lift just outside for the beach.Hosts had good communication and apartment was clean. Nice little hamper too! Bedrooms are rather large with comfortable beds. Fantastic air conditioning. Had a great holiday, would definitely recommend

The view from this apartment takes your breath away when you first walk in. The apartment is in a great location for the beach and the old town, it has everything you need, the beds are really comfortable, and the apartment makes you feel at home. Traumhaftes Apartment
Es ist ein super Apartment, nicht nur die perfekte Lage und der herrliche Blick auf den Atlantik. Das ganze Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht komplett ausgestattet, die Matratzen sind super und und und, es ist einfach perfekt. Auch ist ein kleiner Getränkeladen gleich rechts um die Ecke (50m) das man nicht lange schleppen muss. Wir können nur jedem gratulieren der dieses super schöne Apartment bucht.
