Villa Alegria is a stunning 5-bedroom holiday home located in a peaceful area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. This villa has everything your family needs, with ample outdoor space, a large private pool, and a jacuzzi. With breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and just a 15-minute walk from some of the best golden sandy beaches, local bars, and restaurants, Villa Alegria is the perfect home for your family vacation.

This contemporary villa features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Suitable for guests with limited mobility, it includes a wheelchair-access ramp and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The villa also has multiple entrances and a separate wing for those wishing to enjoy the local nightlife, ensuring that they won’t disturb those who are already asleep.

There are 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double rooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 twin rooms, as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The spacious family kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the barbecue and outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy summer meals outdoors. The living/dining room is spacious with comfortable seating, television, and leads to the wonderful terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding landscape.

The lower floor offers endless entertainment with a fully equipped games room featuring darts, a pool table, foosball, and ping-pong.

Villa Alegria boasts a private pool and jacuzzi (pool heating and jacuzzi use are optional extras), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a games room, a beautiful and well-maintained garden, and an impressive traditional Algarve brick barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining friends and family in a fantastic holiday setting.

Villa Alegria is located in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, within walking distance of a well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Olhos de Água beaches are just a 12-minute walk away. Albufeira town, with its colorful marina, charming old town, Fisherman’s Beach, Albufeira Strip, and quality restaurants, bars, and shops, is just a 10-minute drive away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Beautiful Private Villa
Very spacious and luxurious villa all on one level set in a private location with no other properties over looking this villa. The property was very clean and well maintained and was within 5 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants. We had an excellent stay there.

A fantastic villa in a great quiet location within easy walking distance of the many restaurants and shops and only just over 10 minutes walk to the sea which is a lovely little beach. Also great location to be able to get out and see more of the area including many of the top golf courses.

An amazing villa
We had another amazing week at this villa. From the initial booking stage right through to our departure, the team have been fabulous. Olivia and Karen were extremely helpful with booking additional services, i.e., airport transfers and excursions . The driver who took us on our transfer to portimao for our boat trip was also extremely helpful and really friendly. The villa location is great and the amenities in the villa were fabulous. I would recommend this villa and algarve vacation as they provide an excellent service. Thank you.

Property was very good,clean perfect for myself and my family. Almost every day unfortunately had an issue with water supply and had to call out maintenance 3 three times being left unable to use toilets or shower all facilities to do with water

Algarve vaxation were superb. The villa is very nice and we have re-bboked fo rlats year. We were dissapointed to be charged for linen damage when the sheets were wafer thin and we only created some holes by movingh in our sleep.

Beautiful Location
We had a great time in the Algarve, our kids loved the dolphins boat trip. The property is located in a quiet area but just a few minutes from the cafe, supermarket and taxi rank. It was perfect to rest. The kids were always busy as the Villa provides much to do. We paid extra to add the pool heating and it was well worth. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic outdoor space around the pool and hot tub. Some minor complaints were that the BBQ was dirty and rusty (we didn't bring it up at the time as we didn't intend to use it), we lost the water supply to the home a couple of times and some of the bathroom/shower fittings were beginning to show their age. Overall though, a great place for a large group of people. Property manager staff were very good and there is a good choice of restaurants in the town.

Family Holiday
We had a great holiday, Lovely Villa, very spacious with everything that we needed. Property was as described. Slight delay on changing of the towels but was soon rectified. Master bedroom tap was very poor, the dishwasher did not clean very well and we ended re-washing most things by hand. There was a green tinge around the pool water line which possibly the cause of 2 members of the family getting ear ache. But overall a very good holiday in a nice part of the world.

Could have been great......
Having stayed at this villa before I know how amazing it could have been. The location is fab & villa a good size with a lovely pool. However it is really in need of some maintenance to make it great again, there were just too many things that needed replacing or repairing. The biggest issue was that we had no water on & off for around 48 hours, and whilst the local management company were quick to answer calls they weren’t so good at keeping us updated as to when someone would be out to fix the problem. Such a shame as these issues really spoilt what would have been a lovely holiday

The villa was OK, however we were disappointed with the lack of essentials left I.e. no washing liquid, clothes, oil, salt pepper etc. The villa wasn't cleaned to an excellent standard especially in the bathrooms. We needed to request a towel change as it hadn't been done when advised it would be. The villa is in a lovely location though with beach and restaurants just a short walk away. The heated pool was great and hot tub, however we paid extra for heating these.

een fijn huis
wij hebben in februari een hele fijne week gehad, Het is een prima huis, de foto's geven het goed weer. Wij hadden extra betaald voor de verwarming van het zwembad en de jaccuzi, we vonden het veel geld, maar echt de moeite waard. de afstand tot de buren, was ruim waardoor de kinderen wat herrie konden maken in het zwembad. Na 22.00 uur moet het stil zijn, Geen Nederlandse zenders op de tv, maar de garage met tafelvoetbal een pooltafel en tafeltennis was geweldig! wij hebben genoten.

On line information reflects high quality of this villa. We spent quite a lot of time within the accommodation as the weather was very inclement and the facilities allowed us to have a really enjoyable experience despite the weather.
