This is our lovingly built family home. While you’re here, it’s yours to enjoy as if it were your own. Please note, the garage and specific closets are for owner use only.
Entry Method: Stairs required for access, smart lock allows for contactless check-in.

📜 Community Rules:
✔️ All guests and vehicles must be registered at least 3 days prior to arrival for access. Please provide each vehicle's license plate number, along with the primary guest's mailing address and cell phone number. The community office will issue vehicle tags and wristbands (up to 8) for accessing amenities.
✔️ Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM to maintain peace in our community.
✔️ Guests are not permitted to have outdoor fires and fireworks in Towamensing Trails. $500 fine will apply.
✔️ Quiet hours must be followed and begin at 10 pm.
