This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is near many Pocono Mountain attractions such as Major Ski Resorts (Jack Frost and Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, Hiking, Skirmish, Whitewater Rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, Horseback Riding, Biking, Shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets, Casinos, and so much more..!

This home features Living room with 50' TV, HD Cable, DVD, Free WiFi, Computer Desk, Kitchen and Dining Room. Perfect Game room featuring 50' TV with HD Cable, Pool Table, Foosball, Large Air Hockey Table, and Propane Fireplace. Let's not forget the outdoor Hot Tub, large deck, gas grill (must bring your own tank!) Washer and Dryer.

This Home is only a 12 Block walk from the beach on a 190 acre lake, the clubhouse is only another block away. enjoy fishing, boating, private tennis and basketball courts in the community..

Home is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets. Please bring towels, dish towels, linens, paper products and toiletries. This home accommodates 13 guests. (Per township rules: 12 adults, rest under 2yrs old) Please do not exceed this number. ATTENTION TENANTS: The community will only issue upto 8 passes for lake and amenities!!!

This house is 12 blocks from private 190 acre lake within the development, also includes a clubhouse for dining, full bar and game room in basement for the kids, outdoor pool, beach, tennis and basketball courts also withing the community, it is near major ski resorts, and a handful of golf courses, 15 mins from Pocono race track, hiking, skirmish, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, indoor water park 10 mins away in split rock resort, 35 mins from 3 casinos, 15 mins from historical town of Jim Thorpe, pa and lots of state game land in the area for hunters. (there is no hunting within the development!) any other questions just ask!!

nice home, good amenities, responsive owners
nice home, good amenities, responsive owners. the kids enjoyed all the games. the adults enjoyed the hot tub. they left us a bottle of wine which was very nice. the check in process is more than most places we have stayed and you have to sign paperwork in person at the home but the check in lady JoAnn was nice and helpful and accommodating on the time we checked in with her.

Great home. Great location. Loved the hot tub and the deck. The game room was great! Nice to have our dogs with us. Kitchen pots and pans and kitchen need an upgrade. I like to cook and had a difficult time finding what I needed. Overall nice relaxing vacation and close to hiking and Jim Thorpe. Will come back again.

My children and I stayed at this home for 3 nights. It was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. We had a great time playing pool and air hockey. The owner and management staff are friendly and communicate quickly. There are many stores, restaurants, and things to do nearby and just a short drive away.

Family Get Away
Beautiful house We stayed with our 3 older sons before our youngest goes off to college. He wanted to relive younger days when we stayed here in this community. House was perfect for older children Game room was greatly enjoyed. Perfect house to come back to after trips to Hawk Mountain and Bush Kill Falls. Even took in the recommendation of ice cream at Hog Island Creamery. Highly recommend for older group, but house is very safe for young kids. Attention to detail even on deck with locked porch door. Even a bottle of wine at welcome. Pride of ownership throughout. Beautiful home!

Great family home
An absolute lovely location. We went white water rafting and did some other outdoor activities in the area. The location of the home was perfect. Close to everything. The home was a family’s dream, clean and spacious. The game room insured hours of family fun. Home was also great for animals as we brought our 2 labs and the area was great for walking them. Will absolutely look to come back.

Home is family and pet friendly, nice amenities including pool table, foosball and air hockey. Location and community offers more during summer with access to lake, non-motorised boats/canoes, and access to pool and community center with restaurant. Owner and property manager are excellent communicators via text and vrbo app. Recommend renting from this owner

Nice house in a quiet area. Owner and property manager very easy to communicate with. Couches and bed are very comfortable. The game room and laundry room definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Overall a great experience, will stay again if we get the chance.

Perfect getaway
This house was perfect for our family. The game room included a pool table, football table and ping-pong/air hockey table, with TV, where my family loved to hang out. We also made good use of the hot tub, a favorite for my kids. The living room was comfortable, and everything we needed was included. JoAnn the property manager quickly brought us a coffee maker when needed and communication with Cori ahead of time and during our stay was seamless.

Just what we needed.
Absolutely loved the place. Felt extremely welcomed from moment we arrived. Joanne was the best. House had everything we needed. Perfect relaxing get away from the city that we were looking for. This house was just what we needed for our annual thanksgiving family getaway. The owner was very helpful and house was clean and accommodating. The kids had a great time sledding down the hill out back, while the adults watched from the hot tub. We always love watching the wildlife. This year we saw lots of dear and wild turkeys. We didn’t have great weather but that was ok because there was lots to do inside.

A group of 10 of us stayed for a ski weekend. Cori is very friendly and outgoing. He made sure we had all the information we needed. He even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy upon checking in! As for the house itself, it is clean and comfortable. We had room to spare. No issues at all, and we got our security deposit back with no questions asked. The hot tub was a nice addition!
