You'll enjoy your gateway at this cozy Pocono Home. The house features a game room, large kitchen, dining area, large open concept living room, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, hot tub, backyard, gas grill, sauna, fire pit, picnic table, gazebo, and outdoor dining set. Linens and bath towels are included at no charge. Free Wifi, (250mbps) in all the rooms & game room.

Located in a private lakeside community Indian Mountain lakes known for its beautiful lakes and amazing beach with playgrounds, clubhouse, swimming pools, kiddie pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, fishing, canoeing.

The house is located on a large property lot with one of the largest in this community. It has a 7-person hot tub and large backyard to enjoy and relax. About 500 ft from communal outdoor pool(seasonal), tennis courts, basketball court and kids playground. The game room is located next to the house and it features a pool table, foosball table, dart board, and 55" flat tv with satellite service. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all basic needs (plates, cups, utensils, pans, pots etc.) it'll accommodate 8 guests comfortably, just bring your own food. An open concept living room with 48" flat TV w/ satellite service, WiFi, and board games.
3 bedrooms; 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 and 1 queen sofa bed. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. There is 1 trundle twin bed and a single person sofa bed in two of the bedrooms for additional two guests. The house is perfect for couples, families, and friends.

Great step into nature

The property was as advertised, very scenic and very beautiful. The amenities were great. And while I had doubts about the window air conditioners, they worked wonderfully. We had a hiccup with the hot tub but the property owner was very responsive and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. It was really a wonderful stay and I would stay again!

Little things wrong add up to a lot when you pay good money for a place

The house was nice but had a few things that should have been fixed or updated. The front porch light didn’t work at all. The back porch light was a string of Christmas lights that were not bright enough. The sauna sits right in front of the washer making it impossible for someone to reach into it to use it. Thankfully my husband was tall enough to reach in. We didn’t know it was window air conditioners or we probably wouldn’t have stayed there. The living room air conditioner was up high on the wall with no remote (none of the air conditioners had remotes) so once again, thankfully my husband could reach that one to turn on and off. The portable air conditioner in the one bedroom didn’t work right. You couldn’t adjust it to air or fan. The toaster didn’t work right. The toast didn’t pop up to get it out. We had 6 bath towels and one washcloth. The owner was told about it and apologized but we still had to go buy more to use for the week. It would have been nice if the grass was mowed. It was pretty high. Our big dog didn’t mind. The little one did. But for being a rental property, they should keep up with mowing the grass. Couches sunk in when sat on. We enjoyed our stay and the area it was in but little things add up to make it less enjoyable. If you are renting out your house, at least fix the little things that need done. The owner was quicker to respond to messages before we arrived and not so quick after we were there. There were a few messages she never replied to.

Exceptional Getaway

A group of friends and I rented this wonderful home for a weekend. We had an absolute blast. The home was fully furnished, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the game room quite a lot! Pool table, darts, foosball - it doesn't get any better. We liked that the room was separate/detached from the actual house, too. Owner was incredibly kind, receptive and always answered calls/emails quickly. I suspect we'll definitely be back here again.
