Newer house built in 2010, this is the perfect home away from home! Nestled in the Poconos, just 3 miles off exit 87 of the PA turnpike, you can unplug and enjoy nature’s peace and quiet yet enjoy all the nearest attractions! The house is located just minutes from Lake Harmony, Jack Frost & Big Boulder. The community has plenty to offer for summer activities with close access to its own large beautiful lake Towamensing which also has a pool and a beach!

3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great open living space, this home will bring you nothing but smiles and natural light.

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed
Staying at different BnB and VRBO properties for the better part of the last 10 years this is by far one of the best. From the layout of home to above and beyond amenities (hot tub /jacuzzi TVs in every room with cable + streaming ) to the little things like a built in child guard on the top of the deck steps.truly a lovely home and look forward to coming back next year!

Great house and a great neighborhood. The house was super clean and the amenities are great. Plenty of smart TVs. Very nice hottub and grilles. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We did a few hikes at Lehigh Gorge and Hickory State Parks. These parks were within a very short drive of the house. We took the scenic train ride from Jim Thorpe. Highly recommended And biked the D&L Trail- outstanding.

Great for Families
Even though we hit a cold week in August, there was plenty to do. Hiking in Hickory Run State Park and a train ride in Jim Thorpe were both hits with the kids. The house was clean and cozy, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

It rained nearly the entire stay BUT the game rooms in lower level, whole house Sonos, and hot tub kept us happy! The house was immaculate and had everything (including the things we forgot). A great property and location.

Mountain Winter Getaway
Excellent. Home was so clean (one of the cleanest we've ever had) and great accomodations. 2 families of 4 fit perfect. Kids had a great time in the game room and nice big kitchen table for board games together. Game room has nice pool table, basketball game and video football plus fun board games. Host was prompt for any questions we had. Love this place and would definitely want to come back.

We have stayed at several properties in the Poconos and are always hopeful we find one that we want to come back to. This was the one. We loved the location, basement with pool table and basketball game, loft area, exceptionally well stocked kitchen, and the fireplace. Such a cute place. Pics dont do it justice. Had a couple hiccups at check in and owner was super communicative and responsive. Hope to go back!!

Nice home, poorly stocked
Nice rental home but poorly stocked as we had NO gas for the grill or for the gas fireplace outside. Needed to Purchase gas for the grill so we could use it but not re-embursed. Ice machine not working in refrigerator so we needed to buy bagged ice entire week. Owner said he would get the ice machine fixed later. Wanted us to place garbage in special bags ( I think they were blue) but none there. Was not communicated to us that we could NOT use the pool or lake as both had bacteria.

Clean and comfortable escape
The property is well kept and very clean. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. This is our second year staying in this community and it is perfect for our family with beach and pool access. We had great weather for most of our trip but on the one rainy day the basement game area was perfect for both the kids and adults to hang out and play pool and pop a shot basketball. 10/10 highly recommend this home away from home!

Nice Week Despite The Rain
Just got back from our stay at this lovely home. It rained all week but we managed to keep busy. The house was as described. Large enough for the five of us to have our own space but not so huge that we felt separated. A couple of small things that didn’t really bother us and was not the fault of the owners. Empty propane for the grill but it rained and we didn’t use it anyway. It was a great week and the home is beautiful. The lights around the porch add a nice touch Would definitely recommend.

My family and I were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This property was perfect. Located in a great area, not to far from any and everything you need. The house is beautiful and clean. The central A/C was awesome along with TV's in every room. Microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster oven and most importantly a wine fridge. It also has a pool table and a basketball shooting game so spending the day inside is not a problem. There is a pool, beach and game room not far away. It was a joy to stay here and the owners were responsive and thoughtful. Can't wait to spend time here again.

The house and neighborhood were everything we wanted to relax and enjoy time away from a hectic city (especially in this year). The House is exactly as pictured and I was able to work/zoom from every room when I needed to. Angela is a wonderful host, answering any questions. I would absolutely stay there again.

The house was comfy and the community seems nice but the house was far from amenities. We also reached out to the owner because the gas fire pit wasn’t working and got an answer over 9 days later and the answer was not super helpful. Finally, the house lacks simple things such as hangers, dressers, places to put your clothes in, an umbrella for the outdoor dining. We had an overall nice stay, the region is beautiful.

We had a great time at this house. Kids really enjoyed the house, the jacuzzi, the beach and the playground. They were so excited to see dears every day here by the house. Everything was perfect. Would be nice to have more stuff for little kids like pack and play. But we had more than enough space for everyone. Thank you Angela ❤️.

Family poconos getaway
We had such a great stay. The home is beautiful. Our kids had a blast playing pool, basketball, and mini ping pong, and loved taking baths in the jacuzzi tub. The house is just minutes away from the beach, lake, and pool. There are also deer all over the place. The moment we arrived there were deer walking through the yard. Such a nice sight to see. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice family vacation or couples getaway.

Great vacation and house!
Our family really enjoyed our Pocono vacation in this house. There was 7 of us. Plenty of room and nice open layout . Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We all enjoyed the game room , which provided entertainment for kids in the evening.. Deer were in the front yard every morning and evening. Loved this. Nice community. We used the swimming pool, nice view at lake. We couldn't swim in the lake the day we planned to because bacteria level was too high. Disappointed but I was super happy that they keep check on this.. We went to Camelback. Took about 30 min. Also, Hickory Run State Park . Don't miss the boulder field. Super awesome sight. Kids loved it. Would like to go back to this house in the winter months.
