- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front of the home facing the driveway, and camera 2 is located on the back of the home facing the deck and backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion
- This split-level home requires 10 exterior steps to enter. Interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas located on the upper and lower levels
- The property offers a starter kit of supplies. Please bring any additional that you may need (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, sponge dish soap, laundry soap, 3 garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap)
- The community amenities are subject to change or close. The lake may close due to bacteria which is a yearly event due to the wooded area. This is out of the homeowner’s control
- The seasonal pool will be closed starting in September
