"Slow check in process. Not told about complimentary water available on different floor. Very disappointing breakfast. Cooked buffet food not hot and overcooked due to excessive time on display."

"We had a really nice stay here. It is a little bit awkward getting here by taxi because they cannot get to the door of the hotel. You have to walk through the square with your luggage, so if you don’t have a lot of luggage you’ll be fine. There is no closet or dresser in the room for clothes but ..."
