Originalmente hice una reserva para una semana, pero tuve que marcharme a los tres días después de cambiar dos veces de habitación debido a las malas condiciones. Un hotel a recomendar
La estancia ha cumplido muy bien con las expectativas que tenía, muy limpio, silencioso -que lo valoro especialmente - y el personal amable. Sólo le pongo un pero a la almohada, que es durísima y muy alta, y la ducha se caía en cuanto había un poco de presión; creo que habría que revisar los detalles. Por lo demás, muy bien

En la pagina web de reserva aparecen unas fotos y una descripción que no se corresponde con la realidad. Muestran unas fotos de habitaciones reformadas, y al llegar al hotel, te dan alojamiento en una zona antigua del hotel que pareciera de los años 70. Muy mal

Nada más llegar, a las 14:15 h., encuentras cero amabilidad en el recibimiento. Me comenta un hombre en recepción, con despotismo y altanería, que están limpiando las habitaciones y que, no me puede dar entrada hasta que no terminen. Le pregunto cuánto tiempo van a tardar y me dice que no lo sabe. Me quedo en los sillones de recepción hasta que me dan la habitación. Una vez ya en la habitación, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia: el espejo del baño con salpicaduras de una limpieza de dientes, al igual que el grifo. En el lavabo, también hay restregaduras de pasta de dientes seca del anterior huésped. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba tirada en la bañera. Las fundas de las almohadas pequeñas de la cama no olían a limpio, sino a grasa de otra cabeza y estaban arrugadas, como de haber sido usadas. Bien temprano en la mañana, las limpiadoras ponen la música en altavoz y van llamando a las puertas para ver si ya te has ido o no. Por si fuera poco, cuando volví a la habitación a terminar de coger la maleta y otro maletín, encontré a una limpiadora rubia que salía de mi habitación. Al verme me pidió disculpas. Resumiendo, NUNCA MAIS a este hotel. Lo borro de la lista.
