"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. "Schöne, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin Mariella ist sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung standen ein paar Dolci mit einem Kärtchen auf dem Tisch und auch zum Abschied stand ein kleines Präsent vor der Tür, weil sie sich nicht persönlich verabschieden konnte. We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. Draußen gäbe es auf dem Grundstück leider auch keinen schönen Ort, wo man sie aufstellen könnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst dürftig, teils in schlechtem Zustand (blechiges...

"Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"

"Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions. It is perfect for a family vacation."

"This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."

"Although the hotel's location was less than ideal, situated in what seemed to be an industrial estate, stepping into the lobby felt like entering an oasis of calm. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and pleasantly quiet, aside from some occasional door banging around 11:00 PM. The comfortable bedding and well-maintained amenities made for a relaxing stay. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was not overly busy, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, the menu options were somewhat limited. On my first night, I ordered a Thai yellow chicken dish, only to find the meat undercooked, with a bright pink centre. When I raised my concern with the waitress, she insisted this was normal, though I remained unconvinced. Erring on the side of caution, I sent the dish back, which was disappointing. Additionally, wine was only available by the glass, which I found restrictive, as I prefer to enjoy a bottle and top up myself over the course of my meal. The bar, while very quiet - I was the only patron - was a comfortable spot for a nightcap before heading to bed. One standout feature was the airport shuttle service, which was excellent and much appreciated. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it overall."

Great airport hotel.

"The hotel is simple, but updated and clean. Room was a decent size. Plugs and air all worked. There is a small bar downstairs. Staff sent me to a nice pizzeria about 4-5 min walk away. There isn't much around, but it was well lit and the food was great. I had trouble getting the free airport shuttle and it doesn't drop exactly at the hotel. This is fine if you don't have much luggage. Pay for the hotel shuttle if you have heavy bags. "
