"This property canceled my reservation without even contacting me at all. I had a confirmation email of the reservation a week prior to the stay and they didn’t care about that at all. The desk clerk manager was very uncooperative and told me it was not their fault that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. Expedia never contacted me about a cancellation either. Terrible customer service! "
