• There is a long-term renter that occupies the upstairs. Please respect their privacy and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum as mutual respect goes a long way.
• The stairs that go up to the deck are for the upstairs tenant. Do not go up the stairs.
• Checkout is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon by the host.
• Pets must be agreed upon by the host prior to bringing a pet onsite. There is a pet fee. One pet under 25lbs is allowed per host approval.
• Pets are to be with the owner or always kept in a kennel. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended with free reign of the space.
• Pets that bark constantly are not allowed as this will create a disturbance for the tenant.
• Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Any visitor of the guest must be approved by the host. This is due to insurance liability.
• Quite hours are from 10PM until 8AM. During this time, please reduce the volume of televisions/music etc. Violations will be dealt with swiftly as respect for the other tenant in the house must be observed.
