We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. "The Parkwood has an excellent location close to Rosebank. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was large with a big bathroom and dressing area and a sitting area. The dining area and indoor/outdoor seating were very inviting. "
