"The good points are; very good patisserie next door plus a good supermarket 2 minutes walk. Location, easy walk to the town centre. Very peaceful and secure location as it is a private gated estate. Bad points; the whole house needs a complete makeover, everything is old and scruffy. "The property was well situated on quiet street in Albert 10 minutes walk to supermarket,train station and restaurants. I found the property to be clean, spacious with an open plan living room and kitchen. Toilet was downstairs with a shower and washing machine available, bedrooms were comfortable , clean with plenty of space.
