"We stayed for 3 weeks. This is our second stay in the Camargue and we are enchanted by it. The manade itself is large and quite busy, sometimes a bit noisy as they occasionally get large groups visiting. "We had a great stay! A few areas were not child friendly such as the stone steps. The steps into the pool were very slippery. Apart from that, we had a really lovely time. The location is beautiful and all the rooms are beautifully presented. Thanks for a great week."

"We had a very good stay, we would like to thank the hosts for going literally the extra mile to give us a ride back to town when we had issues with the rental car. We did not use the pool as you had to go through a few gates and the mosquitos were loving us. I have never booked with Vrbo before and did not realize it did not include towels and sheets. I have used other online systems for booking homes and never had that experience. A very nice location with good wine and nice people."

"We had a brilliant stay here. The house is spacious, clean and full of character and offered a huge amount of space for our family. The outdoor space was perfect for a quiet retreat but the house is also located just minutes from lovely vineyards, local cheese producers as well as good morning trips to Arles, Uzès and Nimes. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Very mixed. Big house, lovely pool, well appointed kitchen, nice locale. However, the house manager was very contentious from the start, not very responsive, and definitely not interested in making our stay comfortable (no toilet paper or soap in the entire house when we arrived after a trans Atlantic flight, some dirty towels and argued about giving us more, lots of threats of additional charges, etc). She accused us of breaking a sun umbrella upon checkout that was broken when we arrived....

"St Etienne du Gre is a quiet, unassuming community within close driving distance to St Remy, Avignon, Arles and Nimes. We're so glad to have found this place in this seemingly off the beaten path location. The host couple live close by and are very friendly. The place is cleand and well appointed. The fully equipped laundry room and kitchen was a plus. Jackie and Michel were great on-property hosts. "This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...

Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
