"We were in town for Thanksgiving and rented this out to host a dinner with our family. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Very welcoming for a family gathering. We will definitely stay again!"

"Pictures don't tell the whole story. Front wooden steps were not nailed down and tripped up some people. There is a step down from the kitchen to living area is unsafe for kids and elderly, no handrails. Bathroom faucet was not attached to sink. Kitchen sink was loose, microwave door open was broken.. but very nice otherwise. Beds were comfortably and lots of room for groups. Had a great time with family in one spot."

"Our first time to stay in treehouse type VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. David has done an amazing job to create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. We loved it and look forward to staying at other options on this property. Hanging out with nature including hummingbirds, cows, horses, beautiful views was just what we needed. We will be back in the near future!!"

"We were so pleasantly surprised how serene Mimi’s House was. A beautiful backyard for conversation and bird listening. There was a great kitchen to work in as we were there for the birth of a granddaughter. The location was convenient to the hospital and restaurants. We will be back and stay at Mimi’s House again."

"We have stayed in this home multiple times over the last few years and we've loved it everytime. Communication from the management team is fantastic. The home is always impeccable and well stocked with things for morning coffee (which is a must for our group). :) The kitchen is fully functional and has everything you need if your plans involve cooking for hungry college kids (which ours always did). Great space for everyone. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! "

"From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt at home. The hot tub was awesome, I enjoyed a dip each evening. Colt was quick to respond to a question I had “location of the garbage can outside”. It is an older home and definitely has that vibe. We enjoyed our stay so much we tried to extend , however the home was already reserved, so I had to say good-bye to the hot tub."

"I was in Breckenridge because my father had just died. We needed some space for family to stay and I was very happy to find a house where we could all stay together.
