"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Amazing location with romantic summer evening walks in countryside dirt road full of flashing fire flies. In the morning we have got delicious breakfast from local food. "My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and we have nothing, but positive feedback. This property is run by a Dutch/Flemish couple and they were exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. Would highly recommend this B&B"

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. "The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...
