"Beautiful villa at the top of san Jaime, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Villa was exactly as described and well accommodated 6 adults plus a 10 month old perfectly. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it is worth having a car for trips to the supermarket. However a taxi from the centre cost €7.50 and took a matter of minutes, we did discover one of the supermarkets did do delivery though which is worth knowing for the future. All in all a fantastic holiday"

"Good property, clean and spacious. Good location which is close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Also good location to explore island. Basic furnishing and amenities throughout and lacks shade in pool area which is needed in the summer."

"Everything was fine. Location and pool are highlights. Very much appreciated late checkout. Although it sleeps 6, that would be a real squeeze we were 3 so one in each bedroom and you have to keep all the doors open as only A/C in 2 places. Dont know if its a covid thing but was surprised there was literally nothing in the kitchen. No salt/pepper/oil/ice etc. So you have to buy everything and then leave it there. Some basics would make it better. Minor point though as was perfect for what we...

It had everything that we needed and the location was close to the beach and all the bars/restaurants and shops in cala en porter. the welcome pack with water and local produce was greatly appreciated. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Would recommend this villa."

"The villa had everything you needed & was in a quiet position just as you enter town, even though it’s on the main road but across from open countryside. The walk into town is a good 10 minutes and quite steep at times, so you certainly get your steps in, if you haven’t rented a car. The bed was a bit hard, but all the wardrobe space was great & a powerful shower. Overall a good base for our holiday. Any questions I had were answered promply via email. "

"The 3 Villas management team was fantastic and responsive and went out of their way to help us. So a huge thank you to the team, especially Felix. The views from the villa are fabulous. There are steep steps from the roadside to the villa as well as some very steep steps from the villa to the nearby town/beach along the public footpath. We took our 80 year old mother and she really struggled. The villa also smelt of damp in 2 of the downstairs bedrooms. Best advice is to hire a car and take...

"The property itself is lovely and the location is great. The weather wasn't that good and we advised we were cold so were brought some blankets. Bathroom was not too clean and we mentioned that, told someone would come but never did. We ran out of toilet rolls and again advised some would be brought but never arrived. Without internet all of our stay, mentioned several times but no joy with that. A little more attention to detail would go a long way."

"The villa had all the amenities' needed. Characterful, pretty and in great location near to beach and restaurants and bars. When we arrived there was a strong smell of blocked drains in the kitchen, that gradually got better over a few days We arrived around 7.45pm so getting dark. There was no milk, tea or coffee or any complimentary starter pack, which was expected ."

Just a couple of minors, 1/ issues with bugs (ants, gnats and beetles/cockroaches). 2/ No water/milk or complimentary items on arrival to make a basic drink (Arriving after shops closed)"

Excellent family-run hotel

"A beautiful, very comfortable boutique hotel right in the centre of Alaior. We had a room with a terrace with a lovely view over the rooftops. The decoration throughout the house is tasteful and stylish. As we stayed in February it was very quiet and a really delicious breakfast was served by the owner. It's a family-run place and all the better for it. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Llucasaldent Gran. The hosts and staff are wonderful and everything is perfect and peaceful. The food is top notch. If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax this is the perfect place. We truly enjoyed our time here."

"I stayed in a first floor apartment with a south facing balcony. The apartment was simple but well equipped, with a comfortable bed and enough kitchen equipment to make simple meals. I was impressed that there was an oven, toaster, microwave and even a small washing machine. The outside surroundings were nice with lots of grass and palm trees. Communication from the staff was excellent - my flight arrived late, Expedia did not pass this information on to them when I booked, so I was glad I contacted them directly, and when I did they were extremely helpful, sending me detailed instructions on how to pick up the keys. The area definitely had an end-of-season feel to it, with the small supermarket a bit under stocked as it was closing for the season the following week. I went here for peace and quiet so I was ok with that (end of October), no doubt in peak season it is a lot busier. The nearby beach is lovely, with clear water and a marked off area that boats aren’t allowed in to disturb the swimmers. "
