"Communication before arrival was excellent. Marta made a video showing how to find the property and to park. We had our own spot that for our car, sheltered by Olive Trees. Marta met us and showed us around the property. It is small, neat, and very clean. We appreciated the little family touches which show the properties history. The kitchen was adequate with a good range of plates and utensils. My wife likes to cook and was happy to be able to do so. We had our own terrace, open to the sun....

"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. "The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. There is however a lot of concern from the property manager about noise...
