Saavuimme hotellille myöhään illalla.Vastaanotossa oli väsynyt mies,joka "ei löytänyt" varaustamme järjestelmistä.Olisi muka siirryttävä tavaroineen ja pienen lapsen kanssa toiseen heidän hotelliin.Kieltäydyin maksamasta ensimmäisestä yöstä mitään.Huone sitten löytyikin.Huone ei kuitenkaan ollut varaustamme vastaava, mutta selvisimme siinä yhden yön.Myös muilla asukkailla samoja ongelmia.Pienen väännön jälkeen saimme seuraavana päivänä muutettua n.klo17 lähemmäs varaustamme vastaavaan huoneeseen.Molemmat huoneet olivat melko meluisia ja sijaitsivat 1. kerroksessa.Huone oli ihan ok ja siisti,mutta suihkukopin nurkkia koristeli home.Sängyt olivat kivikovat ja tyynyt melkoisia möykkykasoja.Oli sitten tilin teon aika, kun olimme saaneet toisen huoneen.Respa ilmoitti kylmän viileästi,että maksupätteet eivät toimi."Otamme kyllä käteismaksun ja rahaa saa kadulla olevasta automaatista hotellin vierestä".Jäin odottamaan päätteen korjausta.Kului jokunen päivä ja päätin,kuitenkin maksaa käteisellä,jotta ei tavisi enään miettiä koko asiaa.Kuinka ollakaan, kuittia ei tarjottu ja kysyttäessä kirjoitettiin epämääräisesti käsin.Palvelun taso oli melko ala-arvoista.Henkilökunta oli mukava,kun sille tuulelle sattui ja lapsista tykkäsivät oli se tilanne mikä hyvänsä.Huoneen hintaan kuului hotellissa kaikki ruoka ja juoma.Parin päivän jälkeen oli kuitenkin selvinnyt,että samat ruoat pyörii ja kiertää moneen otteeseen pöydissä vähän muunneltuna.Juoma-automaatteja ei juurikaan viitsitty putsata.

Tämä hotelli kannattaa kiertää kaukaa
Hotelli on "All Inclusive" hotelli ja nimenomaan lainausmerkeissä. Tarjoilu oli aivan surkeaa sekä ruokien että juomien osalta. Huone itsessään oli kohtuullinen, mutta muuten oli todella likaista ja epäsiistiä, emme siis käyttäneet talon antimia ensimmäisen päivän jälkeen ollenkaan. Meillä on kuitenkin kokemusta useammastakin Alanyan all inclusive hotellista, jotka ovat olleet viihtyisiä ja ruoka hyvää, tämä oli todella surkea. Valitsimme hotellin sijainnin perusteella, sen enempää arvosteluja lukematta.

Het viel mij er tegen, bed was hard of je op spijkers sliep. Het eten was erg flauw en smaakloos, geen variatie continu macronie. Kamers waren gehorig. Eigenaren waren continu aan het rondlopen voelde mij bekeken. Alleen wat wel fijn was, was de personeel zij waren vriendelijk. Het was totaal niet waard voor je geld.

dårligste service nogensinde
Da vi ankom blev vi sendt videre til et af deres andre hoteller og fik at vide at vi var "the lucky ones" hotellet Best Beach Hotel var så pivringe og receptionisten vidste godt hvad det handlede om-han var nærmest en stor undskyldning for sig selv-vi tog direkte tilbage og klagede(hvilket de aldrig havde prøvet før)vi kom til Diamore næste dag og blev nærmest behandlet som "paria". Personalet var meget uengageret i deres arbejde og virkede som om de ikke gad tale med nogen-et smil var svært at få øje på-vi blev bestjålet på værelset mens vi var ude en aften(100 TL) og det havde de sørme heller aldrig prøvet før!!!! Alt i alt IKKE den bedste oplevelse af hvad der ellers kunne blive et fedt hotel.Omgivelserne er der men menneskene mangler en del i at kunne drive et hotel med succes....Kommer bestemt ikke tilbage og vil heller ikke anbefale det til andre......
