Welcome to Boathouse Village; a unique waterfront condominium on Crooked Lake. Conveniently located between downtown Petoskey, Harbor Springs & Boyne Highlands Ski Resort. Crooked Lake is a large inland lake connected to the "Chain-o-Lakes" waterways through Crooked River & Indian River. Take your Boat from Crooked lake up the river to Burt Lake and all the way to Mullet Lake; an incredibly fun day trip for the family. We have pontoon boat rentals available and ready for you to use on arrival!

Beautiful new condo!

We had an amazing stay in this new condo. Perks, it come with garage and a boat slip. The location is convenient to other town. Easy check-in! The kitchen also equip with basic necessities. You do need want to bring extra trash bag and paper towel if you plan to use the kitchen more. All bathrooms come with enough towels! It also come with 2 bikes for you to use. The only improvement is communication. Might want to call or text host directly instead of Vrbo messaging. Host mighy take some time to respond.

Be aware of deceitful owner!

We booked this property for 3 nights over winter break. Although my card was charged days in advance, the owner never sent any info on entering the condo. When we arrived there, he did not have any info for us. He did not respond to phone, text, or Vrbo messages. About 2 h later, he sent a message ia Vrbo announcing that the property was double booked. We are 2 full time physicians, with very limited vaccination time, and drive for 4 h to spend a few days together with our kids, to be left with no lodging, and skimp openings, since this was over the holidays. Incredibly irresponsible and deceptive owner…. I hope they are banned from listing.
