"Everything about the Hacienda is top notch. The staff, the building and its history, the cleanliness and upkeep of the 2 acre property. It does not earn its rating as a top hotel in Mexico for nothing. "

"Under amenities it mentions breakfast included, IT SHOULD SAY "Continental breakfast only(very limited items)" which includes stale prepackaged toast. Staff doesn't check the expiration dates on the products they offer. 😞
"THIS HOTEL IS CASH ONLY!" "YOU PAY FOR YOUR STAY IN CASH WHEN CHECKING IN." There is NO TV, only internet wifi. Parking is in the street. Housekeeping is sub-standard. One of the dresser drawers contained condoms and lubricants left by a previous tennant.👎 "
