"never got to stay at this hotel which was a pity, we were told we cancelled the hotel but this was untrue, in fact we had paid for this hotel when we booked but we were unable to reach the hotel because of the time factor, the european cup final was on and due to traffic and accident we could not reach the hotel, but even though we had paid for the break hotels. com decided to take the day we had earned off us, very sad they did this with us paying up front for the hotel, so basically we were...

"There is not good signage or light on entry and lots of stairs. Old doors and old keys are sometimes difficult to manage. Restaurant has limited staff and menu items and hours."

"Ok hotel well located within a few minutes walk of the station. Standard breakfast buffet. Rooms ok but they were warm even in February and there is no AC so might be too hot in the summer. Car park is under the hotel and the entrance is really tight so if you get a rental car, get something compact."

"Extremely dirty and the beds had bugs. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the smell of the hotel. Smells like sewer. Towels were not clean. Bath room was dirty and the room is extremely small. Worst experience ever."
