The house sits further back from the road than most houses in Costa Rica, but there is still a lot of road noise for someone coming from the United States. The property manager was pleasant, responsive, and helpful, with a good command of English. "A lovely house between Orosi and Paraiso, overlooking the Orosi Valley. Not far outside Paraiso--Waze took us right there. The house is beautiful and comfortable and very well appointed and supplied. The owner is only onsite part of the time, but is promptly available via WhatsApp. Her onsite assistant doesn't speak English, but we did fine with a little bit of Spanish and WhatsApp with the owner who speaks excellent English. We want to return to Casa Bartzis on a future trip--it's a winner!"

"We visited this property for two nights as a group of 11 women working on our personal growth. The house was perfectly suited to our needs and had just the right amount of space for all of us to spend time together as a group. We enjoyed the deck and green spaces for dancing and meditation, and the common area is well suited for sitting by the fire or on the beautiful meditation cushions provided in circle. Además la atención de Doug es excepcional siempre está pendiente que tu estadía fluya con perfección y que no te falte nada. Esta propiedad es súper recomendada. Les voy a dar un tip nosotros fuimos también a visitar Copey Vinícola Tour y la propiedad está a 30 minutos de este increíble paraíso en donde nos quedamos a dormir. "
