"Moussa and his team from Boudl Al Shartea are one of the kindest and greatest people in the world. I guess that is one of the Saudi people’s values too to be generous. The hotel is well located in town close by shopping stores and restaurants. Moussa went above and beyond by helping me to get through the night when all exchange places were closed and I had only canadian dollars, running short of Saudi Riyal. "The room was spacious, very clean and modern. The staff were all really professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice and they would bring you extra things if you asked. I ate at the restaurant as well and it was good. The room I was in had an interconnecting door. I was lucky that the family in the next room were quiet but you could hear them when they were talking at a normal volume so the room could potentially be noisy. "
