"Upon check in the reception blackmailed us for more money or no keys . This location is in the middle of no where and with no choice we paid extra funds above and beyond the tax and fee we paid via Expedia for full paid stay . The hotel advertise it self as 5 stars . This is no 5 stars and have a huge sign as you walk in glamping site . And that’s really what it is The site is dirty old and have trash every where The rooms smell and dirty Sketchy figures every where making it very unsafe Pool didn’t work any of the days we were there and I see from other reviews it a salt never work No food options at all . We didn’t have dinner or breakfast is this 5 star resort . Total scam and horrible experience "

"Mizirawi Hotel is in the heart of Ramallah. From shopping to dining, you have a lot of options within walking distance. The area is safe and I was comfortable to go buy essentials after dark hours. Staff will get whatever you need if you prefer 🙂 The staff were wonderful, Mahmoud the receptionist is attentive and always there to answer your questions or lend you a hand. Mizirawi is family-owned and operated; Janine and Dani, the owners live on the property and are there for the guests daily. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for work or having lunch with a friend. The shower had wonderful water pressure! Make sure you meet the wonderful family and staff, small but mighty. They are ready to make sure you have a wonderful, comfortable stay. It was my home away from home for two weeks and I will book this place again on my next trip. "

"Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so even a simple small trip to any store will always require a taxi/drive. 2- I was a little surprised to see a dog in the hotel, who was in the room next to ours. He barked a lot and you could hear him through the walls. Normally I avoid hotels that have pets, but they did not list themselves as a pet friendly hotel, which normally I would avoid. I think it would be better to note that so everyone is aware, in case they may have allergies. Those concerns are not to take away from the hotel however, and I highly recommend staying here."

"Dar Sitti Aziza is a very beautiful and special place. Nabil is a truly kind and generous man who looks after his guests as family. My stay there was a memorable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Bethlehem and the West Bank. "
