"Very new and comfortable. We arrived property around 2 am and understand that we can only check in at 3 pm . Asked staff to allow us to store our luggage till 3 pm whilst we go around the city . We were rather surprised to be told that the hotel does not have storage area for our luggage and cannot be held responsible for their safe keeping . "
